Isola Bella Gioielli supports Sicilian theater

It's time to start over and support culture and theater. For this reason, Isola Bella Gioielli has chosen to be a partner in the staging of "The Merry Wives of Windsor", the new show produced by Vision Sicily and Buongiorno Sicilia, with the patronage of the Municipality of Catania, which will debut on Friday, July 9th in the cloister-courtyard of the Ardizzone Gioeni Institute for the Blind, an evocative open-air space in the heart of the city of Catania.

This partnership is renewed in the name of a common goal: to enhance the cultural heritage and territory of Sicily, rediscovering extraordinary places in a new light. The exceptional stages where shows such as "Inferno", "Odyssey" and "Agata, the Holy Maiden" - productions that have already received the support of the jewelry brand - sold out are full of charm: from the Alcantara Gorges to the Gonfalone Quarries in Ragusa, from the former church of Santa Caterina in Noto to the Abbey of Sant'Agata in Catania.

Now the challenge is renewed with a hilarious comedy by William Shakespeare, directed and adapted by Giovanni Anfuso. The performers of the show are, in alphabetical order: Angelo D'Agosta, Valentina Ferrante, Barbara Gallo, Plinio Milazzo, Luigi Nicotra, Salvo Piro, Liliana Randi, Davide Sbrogiò, Pietro Casano, Gabriele D'Astoli, Corrado Drago, Luciano Fioretto, Giulia Messina, Davide Pandolfo, Francesco Rizzo, Fabrizio Scuderi and Mattia Valenti.

The costumes and scenic elements are designed by Riccardo Cappello, the music by Paolo Daniele, and the choreography by Fia Distefano. Agnese Failla is the assistant director.

A great gamble for the restart of events and entertainment workers, in a Sicily that needs and wants to get back on track.
